Job Title: Senior Group Accountant

As a Senior Group Accountant at INEOS, you will play a critical role in maintaining the Group's financial and management accounts, working closely with the Group Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the IGH S.A. and INEOS Industries Ltd consolidated statutory accounts
  • Deal with audit queries on IGH and Industries Groups
  • Prepare the IGH S.A. consolidated quarterly report
  • Coordinate and supervise the consolidation of annual budgets for the whole of INEOS
  • Prepare the Group budget (desk charges and management fees)
  • Calculate virtual debt charges
  • Prepare slides for Group CFO and Group FC
  • Lead and develop Group Financial Accountant
  • Work closely with Group tax and treasury team
  • Ensure timely reporting of Foreign Subsidiary Regulation and turnover analysis to Group Legal department
Requirements:
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, numeracy and Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the Group and externally
  • Ability to self-motivate and organise own time effectively
  • Flexibility
  • Strong technical skills (IFRS)
Performance Indicators:
  • Development of the Group Accountant
  • Ensure group reporting is IFRS compliant
  • The timely and accurate production of internal reports
  • Achieving the signing deadlines for the annual audited consolidated IFRS accounts
  • The IGH SA quarterly report being issued in line with the investor timetable
