Aspris Children's Services is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to join our dedicated team on a flexible basis. We are in search of adaptable, resilient, and committed individuals who can modify their approach as needed to provide support across various educational stages. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the classroom educator, assisting a small group of students with their tasks, managing pupil behavior, and fostering positive relationships with students, serving as a role model while addressing individual needs.

Aspris Children's Services operates an independent specialist day school designed for young individuals with autistic spectrum conditions (ASC) and related complex needs. We cater to the educational requirements of young people aged 5 to 19 years.

Our institution offers a fully integrated and highly effective educational experience, combining small group instruction, personalized therapy, and a thoughtfully designed curriculum that nurtures a passion for learning and ensures the best possible outcomes for our students.
