Fawkes and Reece, a leading regional contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join their growing finance department. The ideal candidate will be based in the Southampton/Dorset region.
About the RoleYou will be part of a comprehensive and experienced Finance Team, specialising in the Construction sector. While experience in the construction sector is preferred, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Log and process payments through banking systems
- Provide support to staff within the business and external clients
- Prepare monthly financial reports for the board
- Assist with contract management and administration
- Monitor and maintain credit control processes
- Minimum qualification at A level Accountancy
- Preferably experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and develop a skill set
- Proactive approach to workload
- An eye for detail
- Supportive and team player nature
