Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Serve as the intermediary between business divisions and IT, ensuring that technological initiatives align with corporate objectives.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of operational processes, goals, and challenges.
  • Participate in strategic discussions to prioritize technological demands.

Development of Technological Solutions:

  • Gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Work alongside IT teams to design and implement effective and sustainable technology solutions.

Project Oversight:

  • Manage technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Coordinate efforts across various teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track project milestones, manage potential risks, and resolve issues as they arise.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish strong relationships with business leaders, IT personnel, and external vendors.
  • Provide updates on project status and solicit feedback for ongoing enhancement.

Innovation and Continuous Enhancement:

  • Remain updated on emerging technologies and industry developments.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity.

Skills and Experience:

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or in a comparable role.
  • Strong grasp of business processes and the ability to convert business needs into technical specifications.
  • Proficient project management skills with a proven history of delivering technology initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills focused on delivering innovative solutions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies pertinent to the retail sector.
