Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store manager to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Work closely with the store manager to identify opportunities to improve store performance and implement changes to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer experience.
About You
  • You have previous store management experience and a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
  • You have a strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You are a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong commercial acumen.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
