Assistant Retail Store Manager

**The Role**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our dynamic Aberdeen team at Union Square. As our ideal candidate, you'll support the store manager in leading and inspiring a talented team to deliver outstanding results through your commercial acumen, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.
**Your Responsibilities**
As our Aberdeen Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a customer-obsessed atmosphere in your high street store, genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion.
**Requirements**
We're looking for someone with previous store or deputy management experience, a track record of effectively leading and managing teams, and a genuine passion for the New Look brand. You'll also need to have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives, as well as commercial acumen and a good understanding of compliance and P and L reporting.
