Apprentice Retail Store Manager

We're looking for ambitious individuals to join our Retail Team Leader Development Programme, a comprehensive training programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a Store Manager.
As an Apprentice Retail Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our stores, working closely with customers and colleagues to gain hands-on experience and develop your leadership skills.
Throughout the programme, you'll rotate through our different departments, including Food, Clothing, and Home and Hospitality, gaining comprehensive knowledge and experience that will prepare you to step into a Deputy or Store Manager position.
We'll provide you with ongoing support and development opportunities to help you progress your career, whether that means taking on larger stores or exploring other areas of the business.
After six months, you'll also have the option to study towards a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship in Business Management, further enhancing your skills and knowledge.
