Job Title: Store Manager for Zara Kids

As a Store Manager for Zara Kids, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our Aberdeen store.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  2. Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Monitor and control store costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement.
  5. Collaborate with the general manager to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  5. Basic knowledge of UK employment law.
