Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Aberdeen - Union Square store team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager to lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and being customer-obsessed.
The StoreOur Aberdeen store has been a customer's go-to destination for the latest looks and must-haves for 15 years. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for creating a customer-obsessed atmosphere and leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
About You- You have previous store or deputy management experience.
- You have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
- You identify yourself as a New Look brand admirer.
- You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
- You have commercial acumen.
- You have a good understanding of compliance and P&L reporting.
