Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Aberdeen - Union Square store team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results through commerciality, collaboration, and customer obsession.
Key Responsibilities- Support the store manager to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective store operations to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with the store manager to identify opportunities to improve store performance and implement changes to drive results.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a customer-obsessed approach to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Work closely with the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
- You have previous store or deputy management experience and a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
- You have a strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of compliance and P&L reporting.
- You are a New Look brand adorer and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
