About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Aberdeen - Union Square store team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results through commerciality, collaboration, and customer obsession.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store manager to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the store manager and territory leader to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a customer-obsessed attitude, ensuring that the store team delivers a shopping experience that helps customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion.
About You
  • You have previous store or deputy management experience and a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
  • You have a strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of compliance and P&L reporting.
  • You are a New Look brand adorer and have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
