About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Aberdeen - Union Square store team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results through commerciality, collaboration, and customer obsession.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store manager to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Work closely with the store manager to identify opportunities to improve store performance and implement changes to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver results, while promoting a positive and inclusive store culture.
About You
  • You have previous store management experience and a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
  • You have a strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of compliance and P and L reporting.
  • You are a customer-obsessed individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You are a strong communicator and team player who can build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
