Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager to join our Aberdeen - Union Square store team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Support the store manager to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Work closely with the store manager to identify opportunities to improve store performance and implement changes to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- You have previous store management experience and a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
- You have a strong understanding of commercial acumen and are able to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- You are a customer-obsessed individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- You have a strong understanding of compliance and P and L reporting.
