At New Look, we're on the hunt for a talented Deputy Manager to join our Aberdeen team.

The Store:

Our Aberdeen - Union Square store has been a customer favorite for 15 years, offering the latest looks and must-haves. As our Deputy Manager, you'll support the store manager in leading and inspiring a team to deliver great results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience, and a customer-obsessed mindset.

The Role:

In this high street store, you'll create a customer-obsessed atmosphere by supporting and leading the store team. You'll be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion. You'll work alongside the store manager to continually identify opportunities that impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.

About You:

  • You have previous store or deputy management experience.
  • You have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
  • You identify yourself as a New Look brand admirer.
  • You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
  • You possess commercial acumen.
  • You have a good understanding of compliance and P and L reporting.
