Assistant Store Manager Job Summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
  3. Assist with hiring, training, and development of store employees.
  4. Monitor and maintain store appearance, including cleaning and organization of store facilities and equipment.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
