About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, taking ownership of the store and leading by example to support your colleagues.
  • Lead and inspire the team to fulfill their potential every day, using our Leadership & Company Principles.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the store is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, driving growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
