Role Overview

We are in search of an individual who is enthusiastic about joining a private members' club and enjoys engaging with people through various communication channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. With the assistance of the Membership Assistant and Head of Department, you will manage all membership-related activities, ranging from administrative tasks to personalized tours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in membership retention efforts during renewal periods, managing the membership inbox for member feedback and inquiries.
  • Conduct both outbound and inbound communications with members throughout the renewal phase.
  • Familiarize yourself with systems (such as Jonas, Seven Rooms, and the website) to maintain organized member lists.
  • Support the Membership Assistant with updates for new and existing members during peak times.
  • Segment membership groups and engage with current members using mail merges.
  • Provide real-time updates during renewals utilizing Airtable and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Promote the club's values and occasionally guide prospective members on tours of the facility.
  • Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as necessary in alignment with business requirements.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Results-driven, capable of working independently and demonstrating initiative.
  • Skilled in balancing various responsibilities to meet deadlines.
