Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Administrator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our membership team, you will be responsible for providing proactive administrative support for the membership application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for membership application enquiries
  • Process membership applications in accordance with our due diligence requirements and defined processes
  • Support the wider Business Development team with their queries and leads for new members

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience preferably within a trade association, standards organisation, membership organisation or customer-oriented environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • College courses in related field
  • Database systems experience mandatory (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
