We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Point of Sale Account Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with retail clients, understanding their business needs and becoming a trusted advisor on all things related to point-of-sale solutions.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our range of point-of-sale solutions, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Client Support: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and production staff, to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive their sales and enhance their customer experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction and our portfolio of offerings.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates, providing valuable insights to the management team.
  • Industry Representation: Attend industry conferences and events to represent our company and network with potential clients and partners.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Retail point-of-sale Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the retail industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the retail landscape and the challenges and opportunities faced by retailers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
  • Results-Driven: A results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
