Retail Point of Sale Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Retail Point of Sale Account Manager to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail clients, understanding their business needs, and providing expert guidance on point-of-sale solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with retail clients through regular communication and a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our range of point-of-sale solutions, maximizing revenue potential and driving business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive their sales and enhance their customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction and our portfolio of offerings.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates, providing valuable insights to the management team.
- Represent our company at industry conferences and events, networking with potential clients and partners.
- Proven experience as a Retail point-of-sale Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the retail industry.
- A strong understanding of the retail landscape and the challenges and opportunities faced by retailers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
- A results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively to overcome challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and a good understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
