Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and production staff, to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive their sales and enhance their customer experience.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction and our portfolio of offerings.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates, providing valuable insights to the management team.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to represent our company and network with potential clients and partners.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in point-of-sale technology, ensuring you are up-to-date on industry best practices.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Retail point-of-sale Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the retail industry.
  • A strong understanding of the retail landscape and the challenges and opportunities faced by retailers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and a good understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
