Essentially, a Customer Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring that students feel at home during their stay. This could involve guiding prospective residents and their families through the facilities or assisting a student in locating a missing package. You may need to submit maintenance requests or address health and safety concerns. Organizing social events or managing complaints and payment issues with empathy and patience could also be part of your role. Each day presents new challenges, but you will be part of an iQ community that supports one another. And yes, that’s also an iQ principle

You should be willing to engage actively, demonstrating initiative and possessing excellent communication skills.
