Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (Europe). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the Compliance team in delivering strategic and tactical enhancements of the Group Compliance function.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the Compliance division to the business and provide expert advice on regulations and compliance issues.
- Assist with providing support for our training & competence scheme, including implementation, monitoring, adviser development, and administration.
- Support in resolving and responding to complaints.
- Keep up to date with current compliance requirements in the financial services sector.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in all business lines, including development of knowledge of their business aims, strategies, and problems.
- Undertake general support and administration duties for the Compliance division.
- Demonstrable experience in compliance roles or similar within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
Monday – Friday, 35 hours. Hybrid working arrangement based in Bromsgrove.
