We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Compliance Officer to join our team at NFP, an Aon company (Europe). This role will play a key part in ensuring the effective operations of our organization in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the compliance division to the business and provide expert advice on regulations and compliance issues
- Support the development and implementation of our training and competence scheme, including monitoring, adviser development, and administration
- Conduct thorough research and diligence as required by the team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in resolving and responding to complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with current compliance requirements in the financial services sector and provide guidance to the team
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all business lines, including understanding their business aims, strategies, and challenges
- Provide general support and administration duties for the compliance division
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in compliance roles or similar within the financial services sector
- FCA experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements
- High degree of integrity with high ethical standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new systems quickly
Working Arrangements:
- Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Location: Hybrid working arrangement
