About the Role

As a Scheduler at Marlowe Software, Risk and Compliance, you will play a crucial role in creating visit schedules for consultants that meet the needs of clients while maximizing diary efficiency for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and consultants to plan site visits in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Ensure maximum use of diary space, prioritizing directly employed consultants and associates
  • Allocate appointments to the appropriate consultants based on visit type
  • Work with consultants to maintain up-to-date diary availability
  • Coordinate and distribute information to clients via telephone and email
  • Ensure scheduling systems are accurately updated with visit status
  • Interact with other teams within the organization to address scheduling queries and provide information as required
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional manner, resolving queries or escalating as necessary
  • Attend client meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, planning, or diary management
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of UK geography and postcode areas
  • High attention to detail and ability to work promptly and accurately
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations
