About the Role

At Marlowe Software, Risk and Compliance, we are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating visit schedules for consultants, ensuring maximum diary efficiency for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients and consultants to plan site visits in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Ensure maximum use of diary space, focusing on directly employed consultants followed by associates
  • Allocate appointments to the appropriate consultants depending on visit type
  • Work with consultants to keep diary availability updated
  • Coordinate and distribute information to clients by telephone and email
  • Ensure scheduling systems are fully updated with the status of visits
  • Work with other teams within the organisation, dealing with scheduling queries and providing information as required
  • Deal with client enquiries in a positive manner, solving queries or escalating as required
  • Attend client meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Previous scheduling/planning/diary management experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent IT skills, including all office products and specifically Excel
  • Knowledge of UK geography and postcode areas
  • High levels of attention to detail with the ability to work promptly and with accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative and pro-active approach to problem solving
  • Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines
  • Committed to going the extra mile to get the job done
