Client Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team at Marlowe Software, Risk and Compliance. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their compliance needs are met.
- Manage client accounts, including receiving and processing new job requests, chasing purchase orders, and updating service fees as required.
- Provide quotations to clients using a standard fee matrix and ensure all orders are recorded on our Meridian Scheduling system.
- Run monthly exports for work planning purposes and update client reports as required.
- Assist with invoice queries and upload client reports to Meridian and/or other systems as stipulated by clients.
Key Activities:
- Administer client portfolio variations, in conjunction with the Helpdesk, and take ownership of queries to ensure resolution or escalation.
- Become a 'super user' of our data management system, understanding differences between client functionalities.

- Accuracy with an eye for detail, able to self-check own work.
- Ability to work on own initiative and pro-active approach to problem solving.
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines.
- Enthusiastic team player with a 'can do' attitude.
What You Will Need:
- Excellent tele manner.
- Previous customer service background.
- Excellent IT skills, to include all Office products and specifically Excel.
- Data-input experience.
- Willingness to learn new IT.
