Client Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team at Marlowe Software, Risk and Compliance. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their compliance needs are met.
- Manage client accounts, including receiving and processing new job requests, providing quotations, and updating service fees as required.
- Collaborate with the Helpdesk to administer client portfolio variations and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain forecasting documentation, including the fee pipeline for the rolling 12 months.
- Assist with invoice queries and provide support to clients as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of compliance and risk management.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-input experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
