We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Services Manager to join our team at Marlowe Software, Risk and Compliance. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their compliance needs are met, and fostering strong relationships with our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate processing of new job requests, quotations, and service fees.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on our bespoke web-based property risk management system, Meridian, to achieve high levels of H&S compliance.
- Collaborate with the Helpdesk to administer client portfolio variations, resolve queries, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Develop and maintain forecasting documentation, including the fee pipeline for the rolling 12 months.
- Assist with invoice queries, report queries, and other client-related tasks.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a compliance or risk management environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
