Office Manager

Katie Bard, a leading creative agency, is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Office Manager/Office Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This multifaceted role is crucial in maintaining operational excellence and fostering a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Front of House Management:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage the reception area, including visitor check-in, hosting, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Facilities and Resource Management:
- Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring spaces are clean, tidy, and fully equipped.
- Coordinate office maintenance, liaising with building owners and contractors.
- Manage the asset register for all company property, including purchasing and disposal.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Maintain ISO 9001 certification, conducting internal audits and staff training.
- Ensure adherence to UK GDPR requirements, including compliance checks and staff education.
- Oversee legal and contractual compliance for all client contracts and lead the implementation and maintenance of Cyber Essentials accreditation.
- IT and Systems Management & Health & Safety:
- Liaise with external IT suppliers to manage helpdesk incidents and implement and oversee health and safety protocols at office and facilities level.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist the HR department with induction programs for new staff and contribute to the creation and maintenance of company policy directory.
This role requires a hands-on all-rounder who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. The varied and busy duties will include a mix of administrative, facilities, and compliance tasks.
