Job Title: Junior Compliance Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team at NFP, an Aon company (Europe). As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operations of our organization in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Compliance division to the business and provide expert advice on regulations and compliance issues
  • Support the development and implementation of our training and competence scheme, including monitoring, adviser development, and administration
  • Conduct research and diligence as required by the team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assist in resolving and responding to complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with current compliance requirements in the financial services sector and provide guidance to the team
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across all business lines, including development of knowledge of their business aims, strategies, and problems
  • Provide general support and administration duties for the Compliance division

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in compliance roles or similar within the financial services sector
  • FCA experience is highly desirable
  • High degree of integrity with high ethical standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new systems quickly

Working Arrangements:

Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week
