As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to investigate, manage, and resolve customer complaints, ensuring that customers communicate exclusively with you throughout the process. Your strong customer service abilities will be essential in placing the customer at the center of your inquiries, guaranteeing that resolutions are fair and comply with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume complete ownership of complaint management, ensuring exclusive communication with the customer.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that fosters long-term loyalty to Currys.
  • Address escalated complaints with a logical, empathetic, and customer-centric approach.
  • Identify and document the root causes of complaints for feedback to relevant teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and guidelines related to complaint handling.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Experience in managing regulated complaints.
  • Effective negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
