Job Description

HomeLet is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Delivery: Provide exceptional service to existing policy holders, handling queries, complaints, and taking relevant actions to support sales teams in retaining business.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure 100% compliance with FCA, DPA, and ICOB regulations, and adhere to TCF requirements throughout company processes and procedures.
  • Communication and Ownership: Provide excellent service to customers via inbound and outbound communication, taking ownership and responsibility of workload and performance.
  • Performance and Targets: Achieve or exceed QA expectations, meet individual targets, and assist in meeting targets set for the team and business unit.
  • Data Management: Input accurate data into necessary logs, trackers, and databases to record information and provide adequate MI and audit trails.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work as part of a team to strive for positive influence on department targets, update team visuals with targets and figures, and identify and recommend improvements to current working practices.
  • Complaint Handling: Effectively deal with and log complaints, adhering to Barbon Policies.
  • Additional Tasks: Carry out any other tasks as directed by Team Leaders or Managers.
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Target-Oriented: Experience of working to targets and achieving sales goals.
  • Customer Service: Experience in a customer service role, providing excellent service to customers.
