About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Contact Specialist to join our Contact Centre Lincoln team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their vehicles and services
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and individual targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

About You

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
