Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complaints Officer to join our team at Hireful. As a Complaints Officer, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of complaints, ensuring regulatory timescales and group standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and Analyze Complaints: Conduct thorough investigations and analyze complaints to achieve fair and reasonable outcomes.
- Communicate with Customers: Interact directly with customers, communicating clearly, concisely, and in a professional manner.
- Handle Complaints from Acknowledgment to Resolution: Handle all complaints from acknowledgment through to issuing decision letters.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, company partners, and the Group risk and Compliance team to identify trends, champion service delivery, and minimize the risk of customer detriment.
- Excellent Knowledge of Complaint Handling Processes: Possess excellent knowledge of complaint handling processes and procedures.
- Technical Skills: Be PC literate, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as customer-focused approach.
- Confidence and Presentation Skills: Be a confident public presenter with an ability to provide solutions to key stakeholders across various mediums.
