Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative and provisioning support to customers and engineers from the inception of a signed Customer contract. This involves working closely with the customer to ensure all relevant data is captured around the Voice or UC deployment requirements included in the contract, to assist with the smooth and timely delivery of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate in this role will be involved upon receipt of a signed Customer contract into the Delivery Team. They will be responsible for engaging with the Customer at this time to ensure all relevant data is captured around the Voice or UC deployment requirements included in the contract, to assist with the smooth and timely delivery of the service.
  • Manage the delivery of small orders, transactional requests and site orders of up to 10 users, ensuring all services are delivered within our advertised SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide proactive support to prevent escalations.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services, including IP telephony systems and hosted Microsoft services such as MS Teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • A high level overview and understanding of IP telephony systems and hosted Microsoft services such as MS Teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
