Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Customer Service Agent to join our team based in Harrogate. The successful candidate will work as part of a busy team providing excellent customer service to Arrow customers. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers and internal account managers in the day-to-day running of the accounts and assist with customer queries.
- Liaise with other departments internally, such as purchasing, accounts, dispatch, and technical consultants, to fulfill customer requirements and queries.
- Resolve queries and raise credit where necessary.
- Perform general administration duties, including preparing reports.
- Update customers on delivery expectations.
Requirements
- Experience in office administration and customer service.
- Business fluency in English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially MS Excel.
- Understanding of the sales process and the importance of customers.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to workload.
- Good organizational skills, able to work independently.
- Team player.
