Position Overview

As we expand our Project Management team to cater to our growing client base, we are in search of a highly driven Project Operations Administrator. This role will support the Head of Programmes in leading the implementation and development projects of the LemonEdge platform for our diverse global clientele. The Project Operations Administrator is crucial in facilitating the operational components of internal projects, ensuring seamless integration between core SaaS products, managing internal systems, and contributing to Management Information (MI) and Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with a proactive mindset who can evolve within the role and gradually assume full responsibility for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehend the primary interactions between core SaaS products such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Time Sheet Portal, and Microsoft tools.
  • Assist in integrating data flows between these platforms to enhance project management, time tracking, and reporting functions.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to the integration of these tools, collaborating closely with IT and vendor support teams.
  • Support the internal timesheet system (Time Sheet Portal).
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of MI and BI reports, offering insights that facilitate decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Gather, analyze, and present data from various sources (ensuring accuracy) for specified business inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) from a Russell Group University, ideally with a 1st or 2.1 classification.
  • 2.2 classification considered from Oxford or Cambridge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • High level of competence in MS Excel.
  • Excel VBA knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with a 4GL programming language (C#, Java, Python) is a plus but not required.
  • Understanding of database design is beneficial but not mandatory.
