Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our business operations team, including data entry, client information uploading, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with the coordination of administrative projects, including basic data entry and uploading client information.
- Develop and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a business operations setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
