About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd as an Executive Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large main contractor in the Merseyside region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including coordinating meetings, managing their diary, and prioritizing their schedule.
  2. Take ownership of office management responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Assist with the coordination of projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of office management principles.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, with experience in using software applications to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain records.
  5. Knowledge and understanding of the construction industry, with a strong appreciation for the challenges and opportunities faced by main contractors.
What We Offer
