About the Role

The company, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Office Generalist to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, well-presented, and stocked with necessary materials
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in good working order
  • Organize and schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange refreshments when required
  • Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring their workplace is set up and providing general assistance when needed
  • Provide general administration support to the wider team

Requirements

  • Proven history within an office administration post
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Very well-presented
  • Good IT skills
  • Used to dealing with people at all levels
