Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, processing new starters and leavers, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate the vetting process for new employees, including the completion of vetting forms and the maintenance of accurate records.
- Ensure that all training documentation is accurately filed and up-to-date, and that employees receive the necessary training and support to perform their roles effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Interest in HR
- A strong interest in HR and a desire to develop a career in this field.
- Proven administrative experience, including experience with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
