The One Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist with Workday experience, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day HR needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and advise team members on employee engagement, employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention.
  • Act as a consultative partner with the HR team and on-site leadership.
  • Engage with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts.
  • Coordinate with agencies and managers to facilitate a smooth hiring process.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive business results.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of HR and Generalist experience.
  • Proven experience working with Workday.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
