Are you a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of payroll processes? We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at The One Group.
This role will involve providing expert advice and guidance to team members on employee engagement, employee relations, talent acquisition, and retention. You will work closely with the HR team and on-site leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day HR operations.
One of the key responsibilities of this role will be to process payroll for approximately 200 employees on a weekly basis. This will include processing, reporting, reconciliation, audit support, payroll changes, and all other tasks related to the payroll and benefits functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day HR matters, including employee engagement and relations
- Process payroll for 200 employees on a weekly basis
- Provide expert advice and guidance to team members
- Work closely with the HR team and on-site leadership
- Manage multiple projects from end to end
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team. If you have a strong understanding of payroll processes and are able to provide expert advice and guidance, we would love to hear from you.
This role will be on-site 4 days with 1 day working from home.
