Aftersales Coordinator Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Owen Daniels Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aftersales Coordinator to join our team. As an Aftersales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Reactive Call-outs and Maintenance Reports:** Upload reactive call-outs and maintenance reports in line with service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • **Internal Records Management:** Update internal Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and work records to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • **Client Communication:** Respond to clients' requests via telephone and email promptly, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • **Travel Arrangements and Scheduling:** Book all travel arrangements, engineer schedules, and daily resource plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • **Operational Support:** Assist the Operations Manager with various tasks as needed, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • **Daily Shift Reports:** Complete daily shift reports and forward them to clients in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated.
  • **Service Timelines and Issue Resolution:** Monitor service timelines, proactively addressing potential delays or issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • **Minimum of 2 years' experience** in a similar role (essential).
  • **Significant experience** working within a busy operational industry, with a willingness to learn other disciplines.
  • **Strong time management skills**, with a strict adherence to deadlines.
  • **Computer literate** with a good understanding of relevant software.
