Employee Relations Case Specialist

We invite you to consider a role as a Case Manager within our Employee Related Matters (ERA) division. In this position, you will oversee a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, offering guidance and support on employee-related concerns. This opportunity provides a vibrant work atmosphere where you will work alongside colleagues and stakeholders to achieve positive results.
About Interpath Advisory
Our restructuring practice operates on a national scale, assisting businesses encountering financial difficulties and insolvency challenges. We provide a comprehensive suite of services, including restructuring consultancy, turnaround assistance, and insolvency appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist case managers and engagement leaders with corporate insolvency cases
- Manage a portfolio of cases focusing on employee-related issues
- Participate in employee meetings, offering advice and addressing inquiries
- Draft correspondence, meeting minutes, and other essential documentation
- Engage with various stakeholders regarding employee matters
- Maintain accurate employee information within the database
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and timely payments
Requirements
- Experience in employee-related insolvency issues
- Interest in commercial and financial matters
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of employment law
