Key Responsibilities- Provide sound case management experience, working with a high volume of employee relations cases
- Develop and implement a highly organized case management approach to ensure effective resolution of employee relations issues
- Offer thorough advice on employee relations matters, including employment law and best practices
- Build strong relationships with line managers and assist with employee relations issues as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Minimum of one year's experience in employee relations or a HR shared services environment
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
- A hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of remote and office work
