About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ER Specialist to join our team at Robert Walters UK. As an ER Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support to our clients on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sound case management experience, working with a high volume of employee relations cases
  • Develop and implement a highly organized case management approach to ensure effective resolution of employee relations issues
  • Offer thorough advice on employee relations matters, including employment law and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with line managers and assist with employee relations issues as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year's experience in employee relations or a HR shared services environment
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
