Share Scheme Tax Specialist

We are a top ten accountancy firm in the UK and the number one largest SME practice. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we are seeking a highly skilled Share Scheme Tax Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

As a Share Scheme Tax Specialist at Azets, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to provide tax advice on a range of share-related tax matters. You will have in-depth knowledge of ERS issues, EMI, CSOP, Hurdle Shares, and Unapproved options, as well as a working knowledge of SEIS/EIS, Employee Ownership Trusts, executing management buyouts, and share valuations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax advice on share-related tax matters to clients, including ERS issues, EMI, CSOP, Hurdle Shares, and Unapproved options.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their share scheme needs and provide tailored advice.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations affecting share schemes.
Requirements
  • CTA/ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified.
  • Previous experience in share scheme tax or a similar role within a practice environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
