Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled Share Schemes Tax Director to join our Incentives & Rewards team. As a key leader, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing share and cash incentive schemes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead advisory projects on employee share schemes, ensuring clients meet their tax, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Draft and review advisory and tax valuation reports, providing technical expertise to support team members.
- Build and maintain strong client and advisor relationships, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Mentor and develop the tax team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements:
- CTA or ADIT qualification, with a strong technical tax expertise.
