Position Overview

The Royal Albert Hall is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Accessibility Coordinator to enhance our Visitor Services team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Championing accessibility initiatives throughout the Hall.
  • Focusing on improving the customer experience at every stage of their journey.
  • Providing guidance on best practices in accessibility.

This position is integral to the Visitor Services team, collaborating closely with Visitor Services Managers and the Training and Development Manager.

Key Duties:

  • Developing and executing an Accessibility Action Plan to integrate accessibility into our operations.
  • Ensuring all communications regarding accessibility are clear and inclusive.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of fostering strong collaborative relationships, implementing effective practices, and driving organizational change within a diverse event landscape. Exceptional communication skills and experience in training delivery are essential.
